THE MOORCROFT CUP

The Moorcroft Cup is presented each year to the judoka who performs the fastest Ippon of the day.  The Moorcroft Cup is specially engraved and is presented to the winner to keep. 

 

The Cup is presented in memory of Ann-Maria Moorcroft, a judo coach who played a huge part in the lives of so many judoka, including Caz herself.  Ann-Maria was her first judo coach and the one who guided her to being a Junior British Champion, a GB Cadet International and to winning the prestigeous Venray International and many,  many more tournaments, both home and abroad.
